The War for Cybertron rages. Autobots, Decepticons, and Neutrals alike struggle to survive, scavenging for scraps of Energon. It was obvious that neither side was truly winning. With both armies exhausted and resources depleted, both leaders play the waiting game - stay in this stalemate until one faction admits defeat.

However, war was changing. The Decepticons discover that a myth, the Allspark, was in fact very real. The Autobots find their strength through this revelation. Now, it's become a race.

Time was ticking. The Decepticons seek to reformat all life on Cybertron into mindless drones; the Autobots seek to hide the Allspark. The problem is... no one has any idea where it is. That is, until a new discovery - the Alpha Trion Protocols. Its holder? A certain pessimistic scavenger by the name of B-127.

Now Starscream wages a vengeful one-man war between the Autobots and Decepticons. His plan involves the Eradicons, a new sub faction of Decepticons and the most powerful combiner team to date. Led by the obsessive Motormaster, who has only one goal in life: To kill Optimus to prove he is the king of the road. Now Earth is a complete war zone as it becomes a four-way struggle for control between the Autobots and the humans, Decepticons, Insecticons, and Starscream. As we draw near to the end of phase 1 with an ending that we all know and fear, can the Autobots win the most important battle of their lives? A terrified girl finds herself mixed up with three other children in a war that had somehow reached to them. Unlike the other children, she did not have a home to go back to. Scars like hers run too deep and she does not know what worth she could even give to the transformers who have now become her guardians to protect her from decepticons. Her near constant presence in their base seems to be a bother to the transformers, she can tell even if they do not say it out loud to her. The girl is not a fool. However, when they realize just how deep her pain truly was and how far she is willing to end it, Optimus is unwilling to give up on her. She does not understand his reasons, they slowly become clear. And when she finally runs in with Optimus's arch enemy, she finds herself eyeing off a certain decepticon leader in a way that she should not have. And she did not know why. Megatron himself feels he simply had taken something so precious from Prime, and enjoys watching the autobot panic in trying to find her. But, the girl began to confuse his spark. So much so he questions so much about himself.
