Because healing is hard
Because there will be good days and bad days
Because there will be times at which you feel like you're all alone
And times at which you feel like you are unable to move forward in any way

It's these moments in which we need to be strong
Even if we do not feel like it
Even if all we want in that moment is to let go
Let go and sink back into the misery
That is so terrible and yet so familiar

I am here to tell you:
Keep fighting
For at the end of this long and difficult journey
Paradise will be waiting for you
