Don't Leave (Cynonari Kavtham)

It's the end of the senior year of a relationship that has constantly been in small fights, some over petty little rumors, they've been like this since sophomore year.
Cyno, Tighnari, Alhaitham and Kaveh, they've had their previous relationship issues but they love each other none the less. Maybe it wasn't completely healthy. But the worst thing is when the dawning of college application returns and acceptance letters into college comes back. Both Cyno and Kaveh promised they'd go to the same college as their boyfriends, but when Kaveh comes home breaking some news to Tighnari and Alhaitham while they are looking after tiny Collei for Tighnari's aunt, what will happen?

This story may end up having smut at some point, I am unsure though if I'll write smut, it'll also have alcohol (along with maybe under age drinking), and it'll probably mention prescribed medications for certain characters
