A year ago, in February, someone was abusing women, beating them, and leaving them in the middle of the street. Is this some kind of mouse version of Jack the Reaper? When a friend's niece becomes a victim, Basil is asked for help.
What is the motive? How does he pick his victims? How can they stop him?
