Komi can't communicate x male reader

in this story y/n l/n is an exchange student from America(who just so happened to be fluent in Japanese, go figure lol) who was experiencing problems in the states, in an attempt to escape those problems he fled to the states, although, he did have a socializing problem, it wasn't social anxiety, he just didn't like talking to people because of the way his voice sounds(his voice is completely fine, he's just insecure about it :/ ), will he make any friends, or will he form rivalries instead?
