Toshi was staring at himself. It was a All Might themed punch strength game.

Izuku: Nope this is the highest paying strength game. Up to one hundred people can play at once. And the rules whoever has the strongest punch wins simple. Once all the participants are ready the watchers get to place bets on who they think will win. We can profit off of them as well. The winner keeps all the bets off the losers, both the punchers and the watchers. If a watcher bets on the winner he gets half the other watchers bets.

Toshi: So you don't want any of the watcher to bet on you for max profits.

Izuku Midoriya was a college student, just trying to get his teaching degree. Izuku doesn't have any children, and he is comfortable (money wise, so he's not rich but he has enough money to keep him alive). --------- Izuku was at the restaurant waiting for Todoroki to show up but he never came, Izuku decided to call him but he didn't answer and just assumed that he forgot... So Izuku just ordered himself food, since he was there...alone. After eating he went to pay for his food, the waiter said that someone else paid for his food. The waiter pointed to the man who paid, and it was an ash-blonde man, with crimson red eyes, next to him was a small ash-Blonde with the same crimson eyes that stared back at him, He told the waiter to say 'thank you' to the man who paid for his food, and they did so for him...
