He must admit that he wasn't really that hurt from the rejection. Atleast not as hurt as his has been before. Something had changed.

Regulus . Arcturus . Black
He's noticed things about him. More then he did before. His lightly frecked face, his slightly rosy cheeks, his obviously soft pick lips. How his curly hair lays so perfectly, how his beautiful grey eyes light up a little bit more when he's looking at his friends.
They never seem to do that when he's looking at James though. I guess it never really bothered him until now.
Before, he was Sirius little brother, a boy they ignored for most of his time at Hogwarts, a boy who Sirius would talk about like he was nothing but an acquaintance.
Now, he is Regulus. A boy who shouldn't be making James feel like he is.

(front cover by @_oladka_art_ on ig) Regulus Black hates James Potter. He hates him because he's loud, obnoxious, stupid and worst of all a brother-stealer. But he also hates him because of the pretty hazel colour of his eyes and his light brown skin and his stupid freckles and the feel of his hands on his- wait what?! suddenly regulus is spending every waking moment thinking about James Potter and every possible moment staring at James Potter because he just can't seem to keep his eyes off the boy.... James Potter doesn't know Regulus Black but he knows this much: Regulus hates him. It's evident from the way Regulus glares at him every time they make eye contact across the great hall and in the corridors, yet James doesn't stop trying to talk to the boy and spend time with him. Something about Regulus Black entices James. maybe it's the soft pale skin. Or the beautiful raven dark curls. Or the feel of his waist under his palms. Or the light grey eyes that James can't stop losing himself in... Includes background: Wolfstar, Rosekiller and Dorlene Premise okay. The story is a bit weird and I wrote this when I was young. There were silly choices made and I'm sorry. Read at ur own risk :). There's also a lack of correct punctuation and lack of capitals which I am working on.
