When you go through depression it's as of no can truly understand you. As one who is suffering, here is a few words with some texts to my best friend added in. When trying to explain what I was going through, a lot of my texts were sent right in the midst
of one of my downfalls. Here is what I relate and how I put what I feel into words when suffering an urge of depression.

"I do. I do believe you." He cuts me off. "I'm sorry for accusing you I just, I don't know. At the time I thought it made sense." "Don't apologise. I deserved your outburst guilty or not. I deserved a lot more than that." I excuse honestly. "Why do you have to make this so hard?" He groans. "Sorry?" I ask. "You. You're making this difficult." "I didn't mean-" "That right there. Quit being a gentleman. You are making it so hard to hate you right now." "I-" I get cut off by his lips on mine. His hands hold onto either side of my face as he roughly kisses me. I close my eyes and let him lead. He falls into my lap and I wrap my hand around him and hold his hips.Lengkap

"What else do you want me to say, Mia?" "Did you mean it?" There is a pause and I just-I feel exhausted, the kind that 12 hours of sleep hasn't been able to fix. "Hannah said I don't deserve to be loved, is that how you feel too?" She might not have said it in as many words but that's exactly what she meant. He takes my hand in his and kisses it. "Between the both of us-it's I who doesn't deserve to be loved." "Too bad you already are." "Please stop saying it!" he may not have screamed the words at me but he might as well have. "You think I am lying?" He holds my face with both his hands and looks deep in my eyes. "Mia, I will say this for the last time. I don't do love. I don't want to be loved by anyone and I will never fall in love with anyone ever. If you love me, keep that love to yourself. Please." "Why?" "This is the deal, Mia. Take it or leave it. In the middle of the ocean
I deeply inhale and after a few seconds, exhale. Sooner or later, I'll have to return. Stalling won't help. The call gave me new strengths and lifted me back up on my feet. I can't show him the consequences he made. I have to stay strong. With newfound determination, I walk back to his office. The door is still open, so I step in and close them behind me. I finally see him behind a desk, with his head enveloped in his hands. At the sound of the door, he lifts his gaze up but lowers it back down again. I almost feel sorry for him, but the alarms in my head ring, reminding me not to get tricked. He is the one, who deceived me first. I lift my head up high and loudly start to introduce myself, formally addressing him. "Hello, I am Mia Rose, your new assistant," and extend my hand. He looks at me surprised and his smile turns into a gentle one. I think I see a speck of sadness in his eyes, but my attention is drawn to his hand. "Hello, I'm Mark Adams, a professional photographer. Nice to meet you," and shakes my hand. I notice he addresses me formally as well. His handshake is strong but still gentle. I feel like he doesn't want to let go, but soon does and sits back in his chair.Lengkap
~Trust Me ~
"I want a divorce." And just hearing him say that my whole world that seemed to revolve around him stopped. Gathering myself I barely managed to speak in a voice that even I could not recognise. I couldn't comprehend anything going around me. "Wh..hy?" As soon as the words left my mouth he threw the file and the photographs spread across the floor. And those photographs had me in compromising positions with not one but several men. Looking at those photos I looked straight into his eyes. Disgust and hatred. The only emotions I could see. Taking a deep breath I composed myself and tried to keep my face void of the emotions I felt at that moment. Hurt and immense pain. If he didn't trust me then he has no right to see me vulnerable too. "Is this the only reason why you want to divorce me? No other except this?" It was foolish of me to ask him but I had to make sure. Also for me trust comes before love. If he doesn't trust me I don't even want to save the relationship. "Is this not enough you whore? What else can I expect from a slut and a gold digger like you! I knew it from the start that all you showed was just a facade. Your innocence, kindness, it was all fake. I just don't believe how can I be so dumb." Was I hurt? No I was broken beyond repair. My heart ached. I felt like I was seconds away from collapsing. I had far exceeded the limit of hurt and pain. I was so powerless in that moment that I couldn't even fight with him. Love makes you strong. I have heard and felt that countless times but they always forget to mention what comes after that. Love makes you weak too. I couldn't shout at him because I loved him. But I had to be brave.
