There were two entities created during project Cadmus, of course we know about Superboy Conner but hidden in another conjoined chamber was a girl. A combination of Barry Allen and Caitlyn Snows DNA creating the perfect Killer Frost. Able to generate her own heat, giving her an almost unlimited source for her chilling abilities. Dick Grayson takes an immediate liking to the witty girl, a feeling quickly reciprocated.
(Robin is 15, the same as Wally.)

In doing so he makes way for Killer Frost to be born. Caitlin has sort of come to an agreement with her powers and has masked them properly when an incident forces her alter ego out to play. Team Flash has to deal with the pair, along the way they realize what can happen to them if their far apart can be fatal. On a softer note Killer frost seems to be extremely attracted to Barry which causes Caitlin to feel an attraction to him as well.Complete
