Set in the continuity of Earth 1993, Tim Wayne is now on his third major case within his two years as the Batman. So far, he had to deal with the Penguin and a corrupt police force in Gotham; to a Russian Assassin killing off officials. Now, bodies are pulling up in Gotham with the GCPD being stumped.

Batman is now on the case and will take him beyond his realm of logic and into the world of the supernatural.
