When the Beverly Hills teenager Jaci King, wins a Popstar! Magazine contest to be email pen pals with Justin Drew Bieber, they realize they have a bond. Justin trusts her with things he's never trusted anyone with besides his close friends. Justin is falling for her faster than anyone would imagine and her flirty little comments isn't helping his case. After becoming close though playing video games together and sending the emails, Justin makes the effort to meet her. He promises himself he'll do whatever it takes to steal her heart.
