When she discover her powers at only 13 years old, her mother told her that she will be living somewhere other than Commission. Y/n being excited, she gladly took her mother's hand. They teleported somewhere that looked like hell. Confusion struck through Y/n's body before she turned around and realized her mother left her. 

That's where she meets the boy she will forever love..
