During the battle between the heroes and the villains, Cale managed to kill White Star with the world tree branch in exchange for his precious life.

He was guaranteed that he'll live even if he stabbed himself, but what awaits him was what he didn't expect to happened. White Star who was on his death bed after getting stabbed by the world tree branch couldn't accept his defeat.

If he's down, he will bring someone from the enemy down as well. He doesn't care, those petty heroes  hurted his pride that he died to early without accomplishing his goal which is to become a God.

White Star then did one last thing with his remaining energy. Dark mana. His body was spilling out dark mana that he had consumed all over the years of living through body to body.

Cale couldn't react and got hitted by it making him slowly dying on the battlefield along with the White Star who had just exploded.

The news of the death of the supreme commander of the allied armies didn't got taken in very well by his party and the continents. Their one and only home was no more.

Just like that the house that they built through their relationship just broke in just a blink of an eye.

What's there to keep the house when their roof is already destroyed?
