Troubled Waters (Bughead AU)

After a devastating breakup Betty and Jughead go their separate ways going to different universities across the country and moving on with their lives. Fast forward to seventeen years later in the future there's a new mystery in the town of Riverdale that unwittingly brought Betty and Jughead back to one another in the most unexpected way. This new threat is unlike anything anyone's ever seen before which will put Betty and Jughead's recently acquainted friendship to be tested on all fronts.
