Princess Elia Martell finds herself thrust into the Game of Thrones through marriage to the Dragon Prince. She becomes a key piece and learns to make allies and friends out of enemies. Elia proves to be a good woman and wife through her actions and the children she births for her husband. Despite this, Rhaegar is persistent on prophecies and dreams of a darkness in the North. The histories will never agree upon Elia's character or her role in the greater picture of Westeros, though one thing is for sure, it is Rhaegar's dreams that ultimately lead to the destruction of his house and Elia's ruin.
