Just something I thought of at 4am, so like what if when Mikey was killed by the shredder instead of splinter (makes no sense I know but hey these are 4am thoughts) but In an alternate universe, splinter, Leo, Donnie, and raph are killed by krang bots when Mikey is just 6, and somehow 6 year old Mikey ends up stuck in the dimension where he died (I wanted to post this on ao3 but I'm stuck on the waiting list LMAO) 2012 TMNT
