Aaron Hotchner, the leader of the FBI's BAU, is a single father after his divorce from his ex-wife Hailey. His son Jack is one of the most important people to him. A new agent is joining the team, her name is Jasmina Rodriquez, a young Afro-Latina woman. What happens when she becomes just as important as his son to him?
There will be a large age gap as Jasmina is gonna be 25, just starting out. Not following the show's timeline for the divorce as I don't remember when it happened so it will have already happened before my girl Jasmina joined. This will be starting in season 2 so I believe Hotch is supposed to be around 35 or something, cause we never learned his age until season 5, which was like 43, so I might have aged him down a bit but idk.

Before we begin, I should say that this story is a little mix up of the storyline. I know some might not like it, but this is just what I thought would work best for their lives. You guys are the readers, and I would love some feedback from you amazing people. This is the first Aaron Hotchner x OC I have written, and this is going to be in a bit of a different style compared to what typically appears on my page, so I hope you guys enjoy it. Also, an obligatory notice of the fact I don't own most of these characters, and this is Criminal Minds, so there are going to be some gory details about death and cases but nothing too dark or sinister (in my humble opinion). There won't be smut per se, but this woman is going to be cheeky from time to time, and this book isn't going to shy away from the topic of sex. That's all; I hope you enjoy this story.

Most of all her boss Aaron Hotchner can't help but show his strong dislike to her. That's not the problem though, the problem is that he's insufferably attractive. And Astra is having a hard time keeping emotions she hasn't felt before at bay for him and his team. What happens when Astra allows herself to open up and actually feel? Or when Aaron Hotchners supposed hate for Astra is something more? . . *slow burn for the most part* (I do not own any of the criminal minds characters, I only own Astra as well as additional add on characters) (I do not own any of the media that is throughout the book) 18+ Smut warning!
