Aichi Sendou, seems overly cheerful yet his friends don't think he's telling the truth. Saying "I'm fine" doesn't fool Kai as he continuously watches the boy leave only to return with injuries and a kind smile.
Kai on the other hand is greatly distressed, the reason is unknown to him as to why he feels as he does about the safety of Aichi. He wants to put a stop to whatever's happening, yet the one who seems to be getting harmed won't say a single word. Kai, can't keep the younger boy out of his mind.
