Long before the arrival of quirk, humanity relentlessly tried to reach greater highs. Some individual even dreamed for humanity to evolve beyond mortal restrictions, believing that they could reach godhood. This goal was believed to be close at hand, when incredible discoveries were made under the old city of Yharnam hundreds of years ago.

However, humanity was believed to have been punished for those ambitions. One day, the city was plagued with an unworldly plague turning man in bloodthirsty beast. Not long after, Yharnam had disappeared from the earth with all of its inhabitants, devoured by a red fog. An so the forgotten legend of the city of beasts was born.

But not all citizens of bloodied city were lost, as some of them had escaped the city before it was lost. They were members of the Healing Church of the Old Blood, who prophesied the birth of a beast born from the Old Blood. A beast fated to reach the dream and ascend to godhood.

Such is the fate of Izuku Midoryia, born as a monster cursed with eternal hunger. Though he may not be birthed with knowledge of his purpose, voices from the old gods beyond will guide him towards his true destiny. The waking world and the dream shall be connected once more !

There is NO human form here ! I have read dozens of monster Izuku story and every single f***ing time he is mostly in a human form so what is the f****ing point ?!

Long ago years prior to the age of quirks in World of past known as Bloodborne a single hunter had risen up to kill all the evil that plagued Yharnam and the world beyond it, had been saved from the old one Moon Presence and the Orphan of Kos or some say Kosm..and had become a hero but also a Old One themselves this hero was known as..Miquel the Last of the Hunters. With Gherman the First Hunter who fought the last hunter to get him to submit his life..but lost for a good cause, as Miquel grew and grew he managed to take back his human form and decided to stay in his human form and let the other humans just rest easy now that no old ones will be around no longer..as those days turned into the past, as the dawn of a new Era came. The Age of Quirks where human society has gained powers unimaginable from those of comic books as the streets has Hero and villain fights of movies and comic books where heroism is now a profession. Over 90% is born quirks as for 10% is quirkless those without a power..but a single Quirkless by the name of Izuku Shimura is the first hunter of many many years unknowingly though, for he is the descendant of Miquel the Old One Hunter as Izuku wields powers untold and is basically immortal even if he dies in combat for he is a Hero who will do what is necessary to end those who have no redemption as he is the one to stop villainous enemies he will have to face and some returning creatures that will face him and him alone..

Heros Can Be Monsters Too

7 parts Ongoing Mature

Izuku Midoriya was born with a great quirk, well that's what his mother always said. Though he knew the truth, he knew why there were always heros around when he went outside, people were afraid of him and his power, and he couldn't blame them. He would be scared too if a child had the amount of power he had. He was awoken one night by the sound of his window opening and someone entering, before he could jolt up or scream a gun barrel was put to his head. Behind it he could see eyes, eyes of a hero, eyes of someone who didn't want to be there. Just before he was sure he was about to be killed, she put her barrel away and collapsed to the ground in tears. Both of them monsters in their own right, both seeking to help others, both helping each other along the way. I own nothing but the story. As usual, One For All will be going to someone different.
