Nobody expected the orphan tribute of district 4 to fall for the bloody tribute of district 2, especially in the hunger games. But that's what happens and nobody can predict what happens in the arena not even the tributes.
All characters except Ivy and a few others are from Suzanne Collins' creation and most of the story too

When she discovers Cato's there as well, along with the other dead tributes, a strange story begins to unravel at her feet. Why would President Snow keep them alive? Why is Cato acting so strangely? As the situation unfolds, Clove finds herself increasingly drawn to Cato in a way she never thought she would get to experience. Will she make good use of her second chance?
