Memories are often a... fleeting thing in a world ever-changing. 

One new thing after the next, the world hardly waited for anyone to stand on their own two feet before moving on to whatever future it had in store. Y/N and Melina knew that more than anyone, yet through hard work and sheer will to take those crucial steps, and unfathomable devotion towards each other they had conquered even the harshest of challenges and claimed the throne. Ushering in their Age of Reformation for all of the Lands Between to finally flourish under.

But what if time were to be rewound, for but a moment? To catch a glimpse into a time that was both harrowing and plentiful for not only the Tarnished who would take the throne, but another who was always one step ahead of them? One who would... take a step too far in the wrong direction, all for the benefit of his own maiden.
