And she did her best to hide it as she looks at her roommate. Hanahaki disease, otherwise known as unrequited love that is so painful that most end up dying from it. It starts off with a scratchy feeling in the throat, then casually graduates into a cough before the affected starts coughing up blood and flower petals.

 

It's fatal, in most cases. In others... those who are strong enough make the decision to erase those that are causing their pain out of their memories completely and are able to survive. And Enid would never do that, she couldn't bring herself to erase Wednesday from her mind. Not after all that they have gone through together.All Rights Reserved
