I'm going to be honest with you here. This title is very misleading sometimes.
Serenity is a book filled with poems and stories. Most of them are dark and abstract. Depressing and heart breaking. These are things I write in my free time to pour my emotions towards. I need to store my built up emotions somewhere, right?

A Collection of Poems
These poems are just some of the little pieces that make up my life. Whenever I get inspired by someone or something, I write a little story about it in the form of a poem. In a way, it helps me express what I have in my mind in a very vague way. I'm not that kind of a direct person, but there are things that are sometimes, better to kept secret. Here, these poems are what I wanted to say to my friends, to other important people, to people in general, to the world around me, to life and each detail it possesses. Each poem has a central theme, and around that revolves a certain story that I want to impart, something too delicate to be expressed directly, something too complicated. Alpha Logan
I smelt something calming, like the smell of rain and vanilla and suddenly, a guy came in charging at Gabriel. Gabriel didn't have any time to react as he was knocked to the ground. I stared at them in shock as I backed away, not knowing what to do. " Leave him alone! " I yell at the stranger throwing my hands in the air. This gets the guys attention and I notice the aura around him, telling me he's an Alpha. He starts stalking towards me as Gabriel struggled to get up, " Run Reagan! " I ran into a wall behind me causing me to fall and put my hand on my head in pain. I felt tingles on my arm as a hand was placed on my arm. I noticed it was the stranger as he made me face towards him. He crouched down at eye level as he stared into my ocean blue eyes with his sincere chocolate brown eyes. My eyes widened when he said the word that I've been dying to hear since I was a little girl. " Mate. " Reagan's been dreaming of finding her mate since she learned about them. Her twin brother found his a few weeks ago and Reagan's been dying to find her equal. What happens when she find out her mates the cold hearted Alpha that she's been told cruel stories about. "You can't tell anyone." His words hit me hard, but I was ready for them. I grimaced slightly, but did my best to hide it as I squeezed my arms in response. "Fine," I said, nodding at him but not wanting to meet his eyes. I was met with silence. "Was there anything else?" I bit off, my tone a little more irritated than I intended it to be. He raised an eyebrow at me, and I felt almost naked as he studied me. His expression wasn't completely cold, but I couldn't figure out what else it held. "I wasn't expecting this," he admitted eventually, as if this were the easiest topic in the world. "I didn't ask for it to happen right now. In fact, the timing is rather terrible. And I'm sorry for that. But no one can know about this, okay? No one." "I said fine," I snapped. "Why don't you just reject me and put me out of my misery? I guarantee I can do it again." He blinked, taken aback by her sudden outburst. "You... already had a mate? And you were rejected? Who is he?" "You don't need to know," I replied, tilting my head to one side as I narrowed my eyes at him. "If you want to keep secrets, then so can I." I wasn't off to a great start with him, but only the Moon Goddess knew that it was only going to get worse from here. . . . The Twist of Mate

Thank you ************ Excerpt: "You know, wouldn't it be fucked up if we were mates?" My face scrunched up, not only in disgust but worry about where he was going with his question. It would be the worst thing that I could imagine. There was a chance that if we were mates that he would lighten up and become the loving mate the moon goddess would have intended but that was a very slim chance. "Do you know what I would do if we were mates?" I shook my head; I didn't just mean it as I didn't know but I didn't want to know. He would probably reject me in the worst possible way he could think of. Or he would use the bond against me. I was already his slave but maybe there was something else that he could do that my innocent mind just couldn't conjure because I wasn't anything like him. I held my humanity close to me as if it would save me in the long run. I refused to be anything like my tormentors and I kept as true to myself as I could. He turned his body towards mine and I could see he was smirking at me but I got a bad feeling. "I would fuck you as hard as I possibly could and then I would kill you. You don't deserve to be a part of this pack but we need slaves just like any other. You truly disgust me and I hope that whoever your mate is rejects you. You're a sorry excuse for a she-wolf."Complete

The Alphas Girl
I was almost to the door when I remembered the leather jacket I brought. I turned back to the room and just as I entered the most wonderful smell hit my nose. My wolf started to go crazy and I looked up to see a small pale girl with black hair in a bun and pale blue eyes. All my wolf kept saying was MATE over and over again. The room blurred until all I saw was her. She was cleaning up the table when her head snapped up to my direction. Her eyes widened and she instantly bowed her head down and stepped back from me. "I am sorry Alpha Colton I did not know you were coming back." She said shaking in fear. Just then Alpha Andrew walked in and slapped her. "DONT JUST STAND THERE CLEAN THIS SHIT UP!" My wolf sprang forward and I grabbed Alpha Andrews throwing him across the room. I Knew i was on the verge of shifting but it was pointless in trying to calm my wolf. "YOU DARE LAY YOUR HAND ON MY MATE!" I growled then grabbed his head smashing it into the wall knocking him out and turned to my mate. She looked at me with wide frightened eyes and backed away. I knew that my eyes were glowing red and my canines were out but I was pissed and didn't have a good temper. When she stepped away from me again I let out a growl and she instantly froze. "MINE." Charity Andrews is a werewolf who hasn't shifted yet. She is abused and mistreated by her pack for this reason because they don't think she is anything but a worthless human. That all changes when Alpha Colton comes for a meeting. Alpha Colton is the coldest meanest Alpha that many fear. When he goes to Alpha Andrews pack to settle a rivalry he didn't expect his mate to be the packs punching bag. He has been looking for his mate for a long time and now that she is right in front of him he is pissed at what she has gone through.Complete
Short Stories/Orginal
These are all stories I came up with, some are finished and some aren't. I may complete some later on, maybe. You may notice my writing has more description than plot, I do that on purpose to give a poetry yet still story effect on my writing. I'm open to constructive criticism but if you are cursing at me and informally speaking then I'm not going to listen to you, thank you for reading my description! (: PS; most of these are driven by individual feelings yet exaggerated (that's where the vibe of poetry comes in)
