in villages of Japan, there is a story, of a demon named muzan Kibutsuji

muzan Kibutsuji was the first demon, he was ruthless, cruel, bloodthirsty, and manipulative, he lured humans with his kindness then he would slaughter them, he even created other demons, who ravaged the people who wondered at night, causing chaos for any human

that's how the story goes but. . . humans always need someone else to blame for their own wrongs

tanjiro Kamado is a human, his family lived in the mountains outside a village, he was a coal burner, with the rest of his family, he was kind to everyone he met, unless given a reason not to be, everyone in his family and village loved him, and saw him as the kindest person alive

but one day, after tanjiro returned from delivering coal to the village, he returned home to a massacre, the rest of his family dead, attacked by someone tanjiro didn't know

the only one that lived was his little sister, but she was on the verge of death when a strange man offered to help

the man's name. . .
