An abandoned lab sleeps in the woods, rumored to be haunted teenagers dare to go there on dark nights. Little do they know the danger that lies within...
Maggie was the daughter of the renowned Christoff Weldingburg, a well-known man who helped make technological advances in her town. When her father dies in a freak accident she's left to inherit the laboratory he kept in memory of his old work. As she gets ready for the party coming up her friends act on edge and petty as conflict arises in the group.
As the full moon rises and gleams I wonder who will survive this adventure.

Stricken Blades is a book I'm currently working on, chapters are slow to come out due to how long they are and I'm hoping to publish this as an actual book one day if I finish it. I've worked a lot on this story and the story goes much deeper than this one book, there is much under the surface.
This exact book also takes place in 2006 just so you know.

((This is targeted to people 16+)) The smell of blood was overwhelming. The scent of the short teen used to have was gone, replaced with the putrid smell of death and rot that covered the whole room and the killer himself. Blood smudged all over the teen and onto the older man as he attempted to escape. He got hungry and tired. He just wanted to eat and then sleep. He was preparing the girl, cutting her body apart and tearing the flesh off the bones, which is why the room was such a mess with her blood. Now, he had the boy in his hands. The hunger overtook him. The sharp pain of large "canine" teeth being plunged into his neck made Cameron scream. It was cut short, his whole body freezing up as the crazy man sunk his large fangs into his neck, ripping a large chunk of the boy's flesh in between his teeth. He hunts them down individually, resembling a stalking wolf, wielding a crude knife fashioned from animal bones. As they struggle to survive, the teens also grapple with the harsh environment that challenges them. The Gory Details (Gross)
Between 2004 and 2008 I wrote a series of "Tips for Writers" for Nocturnal Ooze magazine vaguely about what would happen in real life if you did the things they do in movies but mostly about the gross out. I've always loved them and so have taken them out of mothballs for a new audience here on wattpad. They're all here except for #13 which seems to have vanished. I've also left them mostly intact except for a few very dated references that have been updated.
