Bob and Samantha find themselves in an unexpected and thrilling adventure when their parents participate in an 'Exchange and Auction' event, where all their possessions are offered up for auction to gain ownership of a prominent company. As Bob's parents and Samantha's parents leave for the event, the two teenagers are left alone in Bob's house. However, a twist of fate occurs when an accident leaves the house solely in their hands.

To commemorate Samantha's 16th birthday, Bob decides to throw an unforgettable party, but things quickly spiral out of control when an accidental fire engulfs the house. Amidst the chaos, Bob realizes he has lost his mother's card that he stole, which holds crucial information about their parents' whereabouts and plans. Determined to set things right, Bob and Samantha embark on a daring adventure to find the credit card and locate their parents.

However, their reputation as mischievous troublemakers precedes them, and wherever they go, chaos and mishaps ensue. Despite their naughty and clumsy tendencies, Bob and Samantha remain undeterred in their quest. Their journey takes them through various amusing encounters and accidental destruction, testing their friendship and resourcefulness along the way.

As they race against time, Bob and Samantha arrive just in time for the climactic 'Exchange and Auction' event. Unintentionally causing havoc, their misadventures lead to an unexpected and disastrous outcome, resulting in the complete destruction of the building. In the midst of the chaos, they must confront the consequences of their actions and find a way to salvage their friendships, their families, and their future.

This story is my happy place; I do not plan on ever finishing it. It will go on and on like a soapie. Might break it up into volumes later. "Grab a bunch of broken misfits, chuck them in a tribe, add some glitter and loads of weird-as garbage, voila, you've got yourself a fairy tale... kinda... just... you know... minus the fairies..." Paisley Davenport ♫ When Willow Mayfair's life falls apart, her mother brings her to Briar Cove, the small coastal town where she grew up. Living with Rebecca's childhood friend, a new world filled with love, excitement, and friendship opens up for both of them. For everybody who also dreams of a fairy tale and won't care if the "knights" were a little dirty. Genre: Slice of Life/Romance/Humour This is a slow-burn journey through love and life, filled with an array of beloved characters, their sad moments, happy moments and a multitude of bat-sh#t crazy moments. P.S.: This is not a fairy tale... Thank you: Micaela, for helping the characters take on a life of their own and encouraging me to keep on writing. Phillo, for not minding reading girly stories... if it's to help your mom. Jeandré, your weird-as sense of humour and quirky feedback inspires me and keeps me going. ♫ This is a work of fiction. Samantha Riley has been a tomboy ever since she could walk and her parents divorced when she was almost one year old. Twelve years later, she wants to go visit her mother in New York but the visit becomes five years. Samantha, now seventeen and certainly not a tomboy anymore, is ready to go back to Ohio, to her family and friends, but mostly to her father. No one expects her, though, to come back looking like a a new person. But looking like a goddess does not change the fact that she is still mateless and also next in line for the Alpha position, a huge responsibility. Noah Black has lived in Ohio for as long as he can remember, with his six brothers and father. His mother died giving birth to her youngest son, Thresh. Noah has always been the one to pull pranks and tease Samantha, making her life miserable as they grew up together. When she left, there was no one else to annoy, but now, five years later, when Noah hears that she is coming back, he thinks that she is still that same tomboy who can't stand up for herself. He has become even more of a badboy now, loving all the trouble and the girls that throw themselves at him. And yes, he is mateless and, just because his older brother passed it down, is next in line for the Alpha position. So what happens when they meet again, five years later, more grown and more mature? Is there hatred between them, still? And what happens when they both realize they are connected in ways they never could've dreamed of? Suck at summaries, give it a chance, y'all! :)

Sarah, the youngest daughter in a humble, middle-class family, has always been the embodiment of her parents' dreams. With two elder sisters already established in their lives, the weight of expectation rests heavily on her shoulders. After experiencing a devastating failure, Sarah is determined to redeem herself and secure the bright future her family envisions for her. Ryan, on the other hand, is the only child of his ambitious parents, both doctors who have carved a future for him without his consent. While he obediently walks the path they've laid out, Ryan harbors a secret passion for online gaming, a talent he knows his parents would never approve of. Back in school, Sarah and Ryan were fierce academic rivals, constantly pushing each other to excel, driven by the desire to outdo the other. Their competition defined them, yet after high school, their lives took very different directions. They parted ways, only to unexpectedly cross paths again seven years later. Now, as adults, they meet with masks of success-both pretending to be thriving, hiding their failures and inner struggles. But behind their forced smiles and false bravado lies the same old rivalry, along with questions they've been too scared to face: what if they lose eachother again? Beneath the competition, there has always been an unspoken connection, something they're both too afraid to admit. In the heart of this Indian tale, set against the vibrant backdrop of family traditions, unfulfilled dreams, and personal redemption, Sarah and Ryan must face the truth about themselves-and each other. Will their rivalry push them apart once more, or will it become the bridge that brings them closer than ever before? ... Inspired by the true journey of a real-life romance.

"So, let me get this straight. You stomped all over his paperwork?" She started. "Not intentionally, but yes," I confirmed it. "Threw a drink in his face?" She added. "Expensive red wine." I described. "Rammed into his car with yours deliberately?" she counted on her third finger. "Um...I'm not proud of that one," I said cringing. "And called him offensive names?" She ended the list and I winced. "Twice." I specified. "And you're still alive?" She blinked, looking genuinely surprised. "Geez, don't be dramatic or anything..." I frowned at her hyperbolic statement. "Maybe he's keeping you around to get revenge." She suggested. Possible. I wouldn't put it past him. "I didn't know alright!" I exclaimed. "Let's hope that excuse is acceptable.." She was merely amused.
