Being looked down upon society, trouble finding a stable career, stepped upon others.... It's everyday for Quirkless person.
The Quirked individual would bask in glory while the Quirkless is loathed.
What if, the Quirkless decided to fight back?
A group called Quirk-Out is formed!
It's where Quirkless person protecting each other from the others.
Follow, Midoriya Izuku, as he trying to get accustomed to his new surroundings. His dream to become hero is long gone, now he wish to protect the weak against the powerful.

Izuku Midoriya had enough from life, everyone was telling him how useless he was. His mother stopped looking at him. His best friend bullies him. He had no one who cares about him or so he thought. The remaining 20% of the population remain quirk less and are shunned in this Hero vs Villain society. Izuku Midoriya, a 15-year-old boy was also quirkless and suffered the same fate as the others. His Idol recommended against becoming a hero and unknowingly put him to despair and he jumped. But this time he will not face this fate, he will survive and take down beings more powerful than himself as a human. But first, he needs help and what better help than...
