This Takes Place During The Swordsmith Village Arc. In this Alternative Story, Muichirou The Mist Hashira Demands the Key to Activating Yoriichi Type Zero that Kotetsu a young villager from the Swordsmith Village was protecting. Despite coming at him Cold Muichirou had a strange feeling towards the Hyottoko mask Boy and felt a bit of emotions out of nowhere after countering Him and that's when unexpected Occurrences happen towards the two.

(In this Story Muichirou including all the Hashiras are Alive even after the defeat of Muzan and during when Muichirou is off screen during The Hashira training and after the end of Muzan Muichirou will try to get to know Kotetsu better)
