Living on the bombed outskirts of their city, Tommy and Wilbur have to rely on each other to help survive. Wilbur's always been on the more in charge and slightly manipulative side, but always made up to Tommy and looked out for him. But when his plan of a rebellion in the main city that looks complete from anybody outside of the walls but a living hell on the inside starts taking action, Tommy is faced with a harsh world of his own best friend and basically brother turning into a unrecognizable person, maybe he is going to have to learn to rely on himself after all in a world with all odds against him.
