the summer we were loved

It's just another summer for 16 year old Tallie Whitlock at her beloved summer camp, Firefly Rivers. The late night campfires, swimming in the lake, and seeing all her old friend, specifically Jeremiah Conley, who's been Tallie's camp crush for years now. Most summers at Firefly Rivers are the same, at least they always have been for Tallie. But this summer, there's new people (who hold an interesting backstory), new mysteries, and a Firefly Rivers secret that leads Tallie, Jeremiah and their newfound group of friends on a wild hunt all over camp (and outside of camp....), resulting in this summer being one to remember. In other words, the summer that they felt loved.
