Talia was the best doctor in her hospital, head of her own department in the emergency room. She loved her job. Felt like she was doing something meaningful with her life. Coming from a long line of doctors, she felt this was her calling in life. 

Now that her older brother is debuting on TV as a wrestler with the WWE and her twin sister starting a new relationship, Talia's family and friends can't help but wonder, why the beautiful, smart doctor was all alone?
