"His life had nothing but black, white, and the color of blood, until he found her."

***

Diana Lux wanted nothing but a normal life, something far from what she grew up with - a life with raining bullets, dancing blades, and endless threats. When she thought she was already strong enough, she abandoned everything she had and ran away.

However, nothing had ever changed. Danger followed her wherever she went. Bullets seemed to love her so much, the grim reaper had become her playmate. Later on, she had to flee to a far away province where she found refuge in the remote town of La Trinidad. She found a simple job, she had made a few friends, and she lived a peaceful yet monochromatic life.

Little did she know, the trouble she once found herself into as she got lost in the mysterious northern part of the town, would bring colors into the darkness that had been a part of her.

The hues of joy, tears, love, and pain - something that she never regretted finding and sharing with the man she had once tried keeping herself away from, yet still finding herself attached and drawn into...no matter the danger peeking through his shadows.

Ethios Aniel "Ethan" Del Russo had it all: wealth, charm, and the freedom to live recklessly. As the spoiled heir to a powerful Filipino-Italian family, commitment wasn't part of his vocabulary. Then he met Reagina Anais at a college frat party-a fiery, sharp-tongued woman who slapped him over a misunderstanding before disappearing after one unforgettable night. Five years later, Ethan's carefully controlled life shatters when he finds Reagina again, working as a stripper in an exclusive club. He knows he should stay away, but she's all he can think about. Beneath her defiant smile lies a secret she's desperate to keep-a child Ethan never knew existed.
