He love their job so much, because he's able to bring justice to the vitcims. Even though he love his job, it can be quite emotional and difficult, especially when a child is abused or when a school shooting happen.

Adam hopes this a start of somehing new. He miss his happy daughter so much. It breaks his hurt to see her sad and hurt. He tries to tell her that what happened at the school wasn't her fault. Next day he visit a second-hand store and he finds a doll. He knows how much Emily loves to collect dolls. The woman who sells the doll tell him that his name is Chucky. She says that his daughter must take good care of him. She warns him that nasty things have happened to Chucky's previous owners. Adam bought him and take the doll home. But the nightmare has just started.
