I've always wanted to give those "wellness journals" a try. You know the ones where you write your feelings? your goals? your deepest fears? things you're thankful for and enjoy? that kind of journal. But I'm a paranoid person and feel like someone in my family would read it... Anyways! I decided why not write a journal online? so strangers can read it! 😂 But not only do I encourage you to read, I encourage you to join me! I plan on posting an entry daily/as often as possible. Each entry will have different prompts and things to fill out. You can either start your own daily journal with your own prompts, or you can do the exact prompts I'm doing. I would love to read your Journal if you make it public! Either way it's no secret that we're all here because real life is scary. I want to encourage you to take some time out of your day to collect your real thoughts, but also let yourself be creative. 💛🌻
