Saylor Odair is twelve years old, and it's the Seventy-Third Annual Hunger Games. Due to her brother being a victor, she never needed to take tesserae, so she only had one slip in what should've been a mass of the hundreds of thousands of the names of District Four's teenage girls.
Yet, somehow, that one slip made it into Castus Silver's pale, manicured hand.
Now being thrown into a game in which she is the youngest tribute, with her brother as her mentor, Saylor has to use all her skills and strengths, and hopefully beat her brother's record as the youngest victor.
Lyanna was from district 11, despite the poverty she was always cheerful. At age 14 she won the 68th annual Hunger Games and became a capital sweetheart. But still battling with Trauma from the games she managed to find the light in the darkness. Finnick Odair met her from being a mentor for his own district and after she won he helped her through the trauma that he knew came with winning the games.
But after Katniss and Peeta win the games and a spark is ignited among the districts and the victors are called back for another game. They knew nothing would ever be the same again.
I don't own hunger games.
I wrote this book in one night so currently re editing it!
