Hundreds of years ago, a meteor struck the whole world with an extraneous massive amount of power that wiped out the whole civilization. The remaining survivors were confident that there was a solution, so they looked everywhere they could and discovered something well beyond than what they had expected. They discovered a parallel universe beneath them, and used that chance to travel to that world by making an elevator way down through that coexisting world. But as cure emerges, danger and threats starts to rise up on both worlds. Because they had no other choice, the survivors established an organization with the goal of containing the anarchy on both worlds by identifying and eliminating any potential risks that could present, by any means necessary.
