19 year old Wyónte (WooTep) Baylor grew up to accept the lifestyle the he would be raised into with His Father being a Victim of the same streets he'd soon start to run in. His mother tried to get him away from the street life but in this town it's either you're with us or against us. He'd soon become affiliated member of the 49DOA gang. In this lifestyle it's only one way out. Loyalty is hard to spot and you never know when that back door is going to be open.
On the Opposite side of town you have Woo's former friend Parrish (Peri) Blackstone. His mother moved him away from that neighborhood to keep him out of trouble but one thing about the past it has a way of pulling you back in.
