A 17-year-old teenage boy, just a year older than Rainbow, he is moving back to Canterlot from Los Pegasus. Soarin and Rainbow have been keeping in touch since they first separated. Calling on the phone at least 3 times a week. These two finally see each other after years of being apart, friends? No... best friends? Or maybe... Fate has other plans, they might just become...
