Varian and the Seven Kingdoms (Varian's Seven Trials)
This is my take on the idea of a Varian spin-off series of Tangled: The Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. The AU was presented to Disney by storyboarders Kay Ritter and Anna Lencioni who took a liking to Varian's character and decided to create a story for him in his later years; detailing the adventures he might go on and the friends he makes along the way. I'll likely take a lot of inspiration from other fans too and I think that's what's great about vat7k, we all inspire each other with our ideas! :) This is probably gonna be a long one, hope you enjoy!! Alchemist Out Of Corona
We all know what happened to Varian in the first season of "Tangled: The Series." He became the villain, was defeated by Rapunzel, and thrown into prison for a whole year. Yes, he redeemed himself and returned for the third season, but the lack of his presence was felt by fans everywhere throughout the entire second season of the show. So what would have happened if he had redeemed himself sooner and been there for the gang's life-changing journey throughout the second season? How would he have reacted to all those adventures he missed? Find out in this AU fanfic! You will see how he deals with his still-suspicious friends, his unrequited crush on Cassandra, and his search for a way to free his father. "Next stop, anywhere!" (Note: All rights go to Disney. This fanfic basically reads like a novelization of the second season, while also adding artwork and my own original Varian content.)Complete
Betrothed To Your Enemy
Cassandra was beyond angry at her mother and father. How could her parents do this to her? The people of the Dark Kingdom were their enemies! How could they arrange a marriage for her, without her consent, to a total stranger from enemy grounds? Sun knows what he was, possibly a serial killer or something sick or sadistic. She knew nothing about him besides his origin, he was the son of a lord and that he was the future Royal Adviser. Tangled AU. Some of my favorite love stories is when two people marry complete strangers, so I decided to make one. Disclaimer: I do not own Tangled. Cover by me. (I used clippings from series and then went over Varian's clothes) This is gonna be a shorter story, but it's main plot is Cassarian.Complete

Blood of my Brother
When Hector goes to Old Corona to visit Quirin, what he finds is not at all what he expects. Now he and a very injured Varian are on the run from the royal guards. For all he said he would never have a family outside of the Brotherhood, his mind is made up: no one is touching his nephew. But the past doesn't die easily, and shadows of days gone by threaten to tear the small family apart. Two lives- the battle-hardened warrior and the child who had to fight for survival- are tossed into the fight again as the war between Sundrop and Moonstone grows ever stronger. Child of the Moon.
Hector. We all know how his story began and ended. This villainous warrior was sworn to keep all away from the Dark Kingdom and its secrets. When the princess of Corona, the living embodiment of the legendary Sundrop, came too close, he fought against her. He battled his own sister Adira, ending in the voluntary release of the evil that lay dormant in the Great Tree. Not much was seen of the warrior until the Mindtrap, under the influence of the woman Cassandra, takes control of Hector. He is later freed from the Mindtrap's curse and fights alongside the people of Corona to end the demon Zhan Tiri; he then returned to the Dark Kingdom with King Edmund and Adira. But what if the story did not go this way? What if Hector's path was altered? What if the end of his tale was completely different? What if one simple change transformed his destiny?Complete

Blood of the Covenant
Tearing his glove off, he held up his right hand, the back facing towards Quirin. "This is my fight. I took my oath, just like them." Reeling from the theft of the Moonstone, the Brotherhood and Varian work to prepare for a fight they never expected. As Cassandra builds her strength and works to sway Varian to her side as the face of her rebellion, the family has to adapt time and time again as secrets new and old hinder their every move. It's a race against time, and the price for losing is death. As promises are broken and blood turns against blood, the fate of two kingdoms rests in the balance- and with them, the fate of the world.
