Merritt

After high school Merritt attended a community college. She assumed this was all life could afford her but her life is turned upside down when for her Junior year she receives a scholarship from a private university that she never even applied for. She packs her things and moves across the country to completely start over at Ulysses Grant College. But, it is no ordinary college, it is a college that produces some of the most outstanding government agents in the country.

The character in this book is not always a happy go lucky girl. She experiences the woes of an average college student, but also some serious trauma. The thing that makes books so interesting, is that it takes ordinary characters, and places them in extraordinary circumstances. This book is going to be divided up into three major sections, each section with its own story, but all the same character. This is the story of Merritt Nelson. Merit means value, worth, quality, virtue, and importance. Those things are exactly what this girl is seeking to find in this extraordinary thing called her life.

Join Merritt in her journey of self discovery, as she learns just why this path was chosen for her, and accepts that she is capable of it. There will be heroes and there will be villains, but what path will Merritt choose?
