Highschool DxD: Scarlet Phoenix

Raylynn Phoenix is the middle child of the Phoenix household, being the younger sister of Ruval and the older sister of Riser. Brought up as the diplomatic and negotiating child Ralynn was always making deals and sliding her way into business propositions for her family, gaining quite the reputation as the family's "Silver Tongue." After negotiating the agreement between The Phenex and Gremory households to hold an arranged marriage, Ralynn had recently heard they were to decide the fate of the deal with a rating game which pissed her off something fierce since Riser had opened a huge gap in her airtight deal. With the Rating game closing in, Ralynn is becoming increasingly worried about Riser's arrogance being his downfall.
