Princess 'Medusa', is already known as the Beast of the country of Melya. It seems she is untameable and resides in a place by herself. Being a representative of Melya she had indeed gone to the country of Commorda for the weddings of the royalty there, but she came back to her country with someone else...

Taking his brother's place, Steven went with this Princess 'Medusa' and his world turns even more upside down. It was already a problem before he left, being on the brink of starvation and dehydration, abandoned and alone but when he went to the Princess 'Medusa's' little castle, he came to know of a few things that had always been there to know, but he was just too closed minded to see.

Things are most definitely not as they seem, in more cases than one! It's just like a whole lot of knots being untangled one by one as you find out what's real and what's not!

This is the fourth book in a series of Fairy tale books that I've created. This book is loosely following 'Beauty and the Beast'. My books are a 'reverse' series by changing the gender, among other things, so there are indeed similarities but differences, but I do think that that makes these books unique! There's no magic but the books are all linked together, so you can even read about 'Steven' in 'Cid Rellah', who is one of the stepbrothers...All Rights Reserved

One night, during one of the Prince's courting events - a special type of ball, where dozens of young woman would dress up and dance with the prince, in an attempt to win over his heart and become queen to the Kingdom - An uninvited guest arrived. It was a poor, shivering, elderly woman seeking shelter from the bitter winter storm. Repulsed by her haggard appearance, the prince dismissed the woman. As a gift, the old woman offered the prince a single rose, but when he dismissed her again, the woman's outer appearance melted away. Only to reveal a beautiful enchantress. The prince begged for forgiveness, but it was too late - for she could see there was no love in his heart. The enchantress cursed the prince, transforming him into a hideous beast - and if he was unable to learn to love another, and earn their love in return by the time the last petal from the rose she offered had fallen, he would remain a beast forever. But the enchantress also placed the curse upon his innocent castle staff, who were transformed into antiques; suffering for the prince's mistake(s) in small, rusting, metallic bodies. Life was hard enough for the staff, but now - it was unbearable. ~ This story will go through the staff's struggles before, DURING, and after they were cursed. It will also fill plot holes and extend the ending of Beauty And The Beast. A majority of this story is a prequel, and will fall into a bit of a sequel as well, so I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it!
