In an attempt to master the element of coldness a immortal lady meditates in sub zero temperatures for one hour a day and after the millionth year of doing so the lady finds that because she had meditated in sub zero temperatures for one hour a day for a million years that she obtains the ability to control ice with her mind. Now this lady who now calls herself Ice Lady is up against members of a secret organization who want revenge for Ice Lady destroying their organization through evidence of drug dealing in the organization that that Ice Lady presented to the police and with her ice control Ice Lady must take care of these members of the secret organization.
