When an abused woman is sent to an asylum, she is questioned by an unsuspecting new nurse. After asking a series of questions she finally asks the real one and get's a story she never expected. Is Anne really in the wrong? Or did she just do what any mother would? 

Disclaimer: This short story is to be turned into a screenplay for a larger project I have with a close friend in film. There will be more stories in the same asylum but with different characters.
