He should have seen it coming. He really should have. Chuuya had always known Dazai never had any real loyalty to the Port Mafia, to Mori, or maybe, even to him. She just needed a reason to leave, and now that she got one, she left. It shouldn't have surprised him. Yet it did.
Now he'll be spending even more money on wine....

Once partners and lovers in the Port Mafia, Dazai and Chuuya spend the next four years away from one another. After being reunited, the two act as though they were nothing more than bad acquaintances and ex partners. However, when the day that had formally been their anniversary comes around, the two end up together again with the hopes to make it last. The only problem is they have to keep it a secret. Soon, a series of kidnappings and murders start to take up Dazai's time as Chuuya is being assigned to gather information on a possible spy in the Port Mafia.
