"Shame", a story-telling poem of mine that presents "4611" as the main character. 
They struggle with personality and psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolarity, and hallucinations. 
These disorders make 4611 believe that their life is a significant subject, almost like a god, and they feel compelled to obey their commands by ending their own life on their 15th birthday. 
4611's disorders are being treated by a doctor, although with no significant outcomes. 
The idea of an unknown god is imaginary, a result of 4611's disorders. 
Whether 4611 actually completes their task is left to your imagination.

This is the story of an abused teenage girl, Maddie. Her need to die has become overwhelming and she is trying to find a way to help herself before she does something she may regret. The story is told from her point of view as she recalls all that has happened to her. Maybe telling her story will help her, maybe not. This isn't just any other sob story. This is more realistic. You may even find yourself comparing your life to Maddie's while reading this story. Diana is falling apart at the seams. After she graduates high school, her parents kick her off their insurance and, no longer able to afford her medication for her bipolar disorder, turns to street drugs as a relief. While she's there, Diana meets a number of women who have all been abandoned to the system like her, and people she would normally hate become close, if temporary, friends. Then one day she cuts to deep that sends her to the hospital, where a nurse takes her in. She soon finds love, hardship & gets pregnant then she is finally happy. But is she really here...
