Mateo was always alone and in his brother Owens shadow ever since they were kids.
Owen was the golden child having a petite body with fair skin and slightly chubby cheeks. He was seen as an angel sent from heaven no matter what he did and everyone wanted to be with him.
Mateo on the other hand was seen as fat for his curvy body and no matter what he did everyone made him the bad guy, even his own parents hated him and because of that he thought he was ugly and everything was his fault.

But Mateo got lucky because he accidentally got in trouble with a mafia gang because of his brother making him have to work with them, because of Mateos looks and personality they fall in love with him
