The downpour of makeup from endless winding river of tear-filled eyes gleaned.
Where unfortunate calamity of heartbreak and the woe of deception received
Intersects with the known world caving in upon now empty lives unforeseen.
While clung to hopes and too often unattainable dreams dangerously collide
With stained hearts worn on tattered sleeves by minds closed eyes open wide
For the promise to often proffered as undeniable truth though ill-conceived
Here is the quarry of quandary, which fills our waking hour with distempered deceit.
Where upon endless reflection sorrow finds a way to endure such heartaches defeat
