They say everyone has a hubris. Unfortunately for Ramona is hers not the fact that she cannot talk, but rather that she can't stop herself from being the unnaturally helpful person she's always been.
But in a post apocalyptic world as her own, is it too dangerous for her to be who she is.
Between the Losers and biker gangs and people who generally just aren't nice, how will Ramona make it back home to her best friends and family?
Perhaps with the help of a rag-tag group of survivors, perhaps with her own limited survival skills.

Peace and tranquility have never been in Mara Till's wheelhouse. Her life had been a constant spiralling whirlwind after her DUI and subsequently losing her job a few months prior. Just as she thinks her life is returning to some semblance of normality, the unthinkable happens. Will Mara be able to adapt to the new normal or will it eat her alive...literally.
