The Flames Between Us

Beholder of fire. Aiden lewis scared to sleep at night because of the curse he beholds. Leaving to the roof top to clear his head, he comes across a shadowed figure on the roofs edge. As confused as he was he didn't ask what she had been doing there. He just stared. Seconds later she broke into tears. Tears of what seemed like gold. She looked back at the door and realized she had an unwanted guest to hear her cry. Aiden continued to be speechless to her wails and realization of his presence, she was too beautiful. The moons light grazed her elegant face and he had seen what beauty she had. She slowly turned back around with her head hanging low and her eyes fixed on the street 7 stories below us. Collectively realizing what she was going to do, he calls out. "Don't.", He didn't know what else to say. He didn't know her. She began to cry harder. "Don't." He repeats. "If you do, I will too." ~~ Trying to save what's his, wanting his curse or not, loving a girl he cannot have.
